In House Property lettings, letting agent was set up by Sean and Martyn in 2021 to manage their own growing property portfolios. The company has continued to grow throughout the year and is continuingly adapting to the constantly changing rental market.
The letting agency operates throughout the 5 towns area of the Wakefield district, Castleford, Pontefract, Normanton, Knottingley, Featherstone, Hemsworth, Wakefield.
Along with Sean and Martyn the rest of the Castleford office team is headed by Victoria who handles the day to day letting tasks, while Brian takes care of out of office tasks and property maintenance. Brian has come onboard to help to manage and maintain all of our Move ins and Move outs as well as taking care of and managing all the maintenance throughout the managed properties.
